ABOUT DIANNA

A specialist who understands the emotional complexity of this season

Pregnancy and motherhood are often treated as purely joyful milestones, when in reality they can bring anxiety, intrusive thoughts, identity shifts, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. I believe women deserve support that makes room for the full complexity of this transition, not just the version that looks good from the outside.

I became a perinatal mental health specialist because I witnessed how many capable, high-functioning women were suffering in silence — convinced they should be grateful, coping better, or less anxious than they were. As a mom of 2, I understand this transition from the inside out. My work is rooted in the belief that mothers need more support than they typically receive, and that asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do.

MY APPROACH

Warm, collaborative, and clinically grounded

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and perinatal mental health training. Some sessions focus on building practical coping skills; others explore deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics, or the identity work of becoming a mother.

I specialize in helping women who appear to be managing well on the outside but feel anxious, depleted, or disconnected on the inside. This kind of invisible struggle deserves specialized support — and that is what I provide.
